Who is washing my clothes?
Our team works with laundry professionals in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.
How are the clothes washed?
We will wash your clothes in separate loads, based on colors. Lights wil be washed in warm water, darks and colors in cold.
How are the clothes dried?
We tumble dry on low heat.
Do you use any fragrances?
Nope. We use allergen-free and fragrance free detergent.
Can I choose when my clothes are picked up and delivered?
24 hours after you register, you will be notified of your delivery and pick-up date, based on your location. It will remain the same for the school year.
Are the washing machines disinfected between customers?
We utilize a state-of-the-art UV water disinfectant system, keeping the hygiene on point without putting harsh chemicals into the world.
Are my clothes washed with other customers' clothes?
No! We track each bag and their belongings, keeping each person's clothes separated through the entire process.
Can I wash my dry-clean or hand-wash only clothes?
We will read all the instructions on the tags. We cannot hand wash or dry clean. We will notify you if anything is not able to be cleaned.
